We are looking for a Global Commercial Manager Apparel Category M/F, Based in Annecy (France).
You will define and deploy the commercial strategy of the segment in agreement with the commercial strategy of the category, in order to develop the turnover and the margin.
Key responsibilities: Deploy the commercial strategy of the brand globally (with follow up focus in dedicated countries) / Build the commercial plan for his/her segment in collaboration with regions and B2C / Define assortments according to the products / Validate the price strategy in priority markets, for the category / Define distribution channels and segments according to the brand strategy and the country potential / - Expand sales, margins, prices, distribution and product objectives according to the markets / Steer, train and support local commercial teams on the dimensions: management, price and margins, retail ROI, sales objectives, marketing and distribution, budget and supply / Develop, coordinate and monitor annual budgets and business plans: sales and marketing margins, penetration of products and markets, general conditions of sale and prices, marketing actions / Supervise the implementation of commercial actions in countries / Transmit the markets needs in steering committees of the activity (offer creation, market volume) = favor a product creation in harmony with customers’ expectations / Steer transversal projects influencing the distribution strategy
Profile: 8 / 10 years of professional experience in retail buying / 5 year degree course / Running market experience would be an added benefit, as would experience in the (technical / sport) bags and packs market / Strong commercial leadership knowledge of the markets, products, distribution channels, negotiation techniques, budgetary management / Ability to evolve in a multicultural environment / Ability to convince and lead / Analysis and synthesis capacities / Organization skills, good social skills / Autonomy / Pedagogy /Frequent travels
