SGI EUROPE YEARBOOK & ARCHIVES

The SGI EUROPE YEARBOOK is a soft-cover book of about 700 pages, written in English giving you access to all  facts and figures published in the 44 issues of SGI EUROPE over the past year (2009). It also includes the contents of the 25 issues published in 2009 in THE OUTDOOR INDUSTRY COMPASS.

This information has been repackaged into roughly 80 different chapters. For each major company,  general sporting goods market information  from different countries, legal matters and more.

A Summary at the beginning of the book and an Index at the end, with more than 2,000 names of companies and people, will help you quickly find the information that you are looking for. The Annual International Calendar of Sporting Goods Fairs is also included in the book.

Names and addresses are given for decision-makers of the companies that we have written the most about.

Yearbooks from previous years are available at a special price.

The SGI EUROPE ARCHIVES

The SGI EUROPE ARCHIVES has all the facts and figures published in the SGI EUROPE business newsletter from 2001 - 2008. They are compiled in the same way, in a pdf version burned into a CD-ROM.

The bookmarks on the menu allow you to go straight to the chapter of your choice. The program’s search function allows you to track everything that we published about a particular company or a particular person. You need Acrobat Reader software to use the CD. If you don’t have it on your computer, you can download it free of charge from www.adobe.com.

The Summary at the beginning of the file has hyperlinks that allow you to go straight to the chapter that you are looking for with a simple mouse click. The same goes for cross-referenced articles. Unlike the YEARBOOK, the ARCHIVES feature no addresses and no calendars of trade fairs.

Your best bet is to buy the Yearbook or the Archives now or at the beginning of each year.  You get greater savings when you buy both and you never know when you'll need the reference material for an internal report or a major decision.
